Jacob Light is a UK artist creating intricate, fine-line ink drawings inspired by the natural world.
His work explores the character, beauty and individuality of animals, from wildlife encountered through observation and travel to the much-loved dogs captured in his portrait commissions.
Working in ink on paper, Jacob draws on the traditions of etching and natural history illustration, combining meticulous detail with an interest in the character and expression of each subject.
